The two parts to this data type are description and status. The description is a codable value and stores either a text string of the individual's concern or a selected pre-defined entry from the included vocabulary. The status is also a codable value and is intended to store a descriptive status of the concern or a selection from the pre-defined vocabulary.
These fields use new vocabularies that will be defined as part of this data type. If you have examples of concerns and related status that you'd like us to consider, please let us know.
