Family Health History is an update to the existing Family History data type that now gives you a way to store family member specific information such as name, relationship, and DOB and the ability to store multiple conditions for each family member. To describe this set of data, there are two data types, Family History Person and Family History Condition. It is intended that together, these two data types can store the high-level health history of an entire family.
