Somehow that's incredibly sad to me...
That's why you have to watch the whole thing. She's crying that it's the worst day of her life while she's picking up the candy. Somehow it's sad and funny.
FWIW, I thought it was hysterical! That's definitely something I would have done as a child...
That kid has serious problems. I see chewable Prozac in her future.

Jim S - really? I was thinking a career in the theater (pronounced thea-tah). I suspect that her parents have an interesting 12 years ahead of them. Of course, I was also thinking that someone that articulate and verbal could be a good marketer someday.
I know I've had days like these....
I think she just needed some PEZ and a puppy....
I've always hated piñatas.
Seen from the innocent eyes of a child you are basically teaching it that hanging an animal then beating it with a stick can give you a reward.
I'm sure if the piñata in that clip was replaced with a straw vase or similar, it would have been less traumatic than to see what see what she saw as a pet or a toy being smashed in front of her.
I always knew it wasn't a real animal....does that mean I was an advanced child? :)
