The chocolate fountain is at least fun, this is just pointless. Thanks for pointing me to this blog.
Seriously. You could just do this with a coffee mug set on top. Also, isn't the campfire the whole reason behind smores? But no doubt that people will be buying this.
I think we need further research.
Appears to me genetics are at hand.
i.e. I do not like Smores, my kids do not like Smores.
Gosh, I sound like a rough Dad. (Marine, Ooh Rah!)
But no, if they like them I'd let them eat Smores.
Salute,

I like them but not enough to make them at home. I've probably had them 2-3 times. They are good, but it would not be a good thing for me to make a regular habit out of eating them. Plus, graham crackers get stuck in your teeth and hot molten marshmallows can hurt.
Take 1 "Chessmen" cookie (in the "snooty cookies" section of your grocery store, has chocolate on one side), put 8 minature marshmallows on top (in a checkerboard fashion, not two rows of four), microwave for 10 seconds twice (not 20 seconds, the marshmallows need a second to breathe between nukeings.) Times will vary by microwave and where you put the cookie in the microwave (especially if it has a turntable. Mine works best in the center of the turntable.)
