The funny part is that if we see it as a test of some sort, those who failed it will have their names plastered at the bottom of this post with no chance to remove them.

Um, I believe the intention was that you would link TO this blog FROM your resume... not the other way around.

I believe though that once you make the link on your blog, you also have to click it at least once. Only then will there be a referral.

I've gotten lots of resume referrals so far and all of the technical ones I am going to share with the tech recruiters (wish I could provide feedback, but that's not my area of expertise anymore). Thanks to everyone who has linked. This is fun!

Alen- .Text tracks referrers separately from Trackbacks. If someone links to my blog, it comes up in a list on my admin page. So I can see their site (the originator of the link to my site) without it being visible in comments. Pretty cool
