I had mono in high school and still went to my prom. As I've mentioned, I am one of those people that figures if I can stand and walk, then I can go do stuff, including work, including prom. They have all the electrolytes, but only a fraction of the sugar. For pre-hangover pre-treatment, a 500ml bottle of any of those will help immensely.

Glad to hear you're feeling better.

081120 Recruiting Tech Links (Nov 20, 2008) | johnsumser.com: Recruiting News and Views

PingBack from http://www.johnsumser.com/2008/11/20/081120-recruiting-tech-links-nov-20-2008/

It comes in little packets that you put in water. It's what I use when I work out and it's not heavy and sticky like most drinks. When I do need to drink good old Gatorade, I have to mix it with water. The sugar is too much for me.

I'm going to look into those Japanese products. We have a good Asian grocery here (not Uwajimaya) and they might have those products so I will let you know if I get to try.

You know where i can order some sunshine?

re: OK, that was nuts

Parul - yeah, they kind of got kneaded and schmooshed out. I wonder how long this after-feeling of awesomeness is going to last. I got some tips from a friend on how to do more of a regular detox.

I do have to say that I have a new appreciation for the work done by the kidneys. And I will just leave it at that.

And I saw a little sunshine today. Just a bit. Because we wouldn't want to scorch our corneas, would we?

Intersting. Glad you liked it.

Kerry - I must have missed that video. But I have just now watched it in it's entirety and I think that dog is awesome in all its toothless glory. And it's done nothing to move me over to the cat camp....sorry :)
