In the era of multi language and devices , i dont know why MS did not provide this switch in windows mobile (Pocket PC), As a developer, i faced difficult time, figuring this out 6 months back, i posted this in IE mobile , later found about this registry setting.

Also this need a registry editor in the device and need to do the change by the user!

This should have been a feature similar to Internet Explorer (PC)

Also can you please give me details about the IE mobile HTML support

Compliant to : What HTML Version 3.2 or 4.1 or some sub set ?

Complaint to : CSS 1.0 or CSS2.0 ?

Complaint to : JScript 5.5 ?

Complaint to : DOM 3.02 ?

HTML Version 4.01

JScript 5.6 (ECMA-script 262 edition 3)

CSS Mobile Profile, with most of CSS 1 supported and some of CSS 2 supported

DOM Level 0 with most of level 1 and some of level 2
