next week in Los Angeles.&amp;#160; Fred, Alym, Joel, and myself will attend the conference to speak about FIM and staff the booth.&amp;#160; I invite you to attend our sessions:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ol&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Alym and Joel will present using FIM to reduce the cost of the help desk for MSIT (SIA-307).&lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Fred and I will speak about using FIM to reduce the cost of provisioning and credential management (SIA-308).&lt;/li&gt; in Las Vegas next week.&amp;#160; The product team is pleased to send Mark Wahl and Andreas Kjellman to represent us.&amp;#160; MSIT is sending Joel Silver to represent ILM from a customer’s perspective.&amp;#160; If you weren’t aware, MSIT is currently self-hosting ILM for self-service password reset and group management scenarios.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;If you will be at TEC and would like to meet up with Andreas, Mark, or Joel, please contact me.&amp;#160;
