More on testing Mp3 files and the boundary testing debate

Over the past 3 days I have learned more about Mp3 file encoding and decoding than I have since the technology was introduced. I don't spend time downloading files from the Internet to burn CD's, I don't own an iPod or Mp3 player, or a digital video recorder.
