For some reason the "Microsoft Windows Desktop Base Operating Systems Management Pack for Microsoft Operations Manager 2005" has gone missing from the MOM Management Pack Catalog.

A query for "Desktop" for example should give you the "Microsoft Windows Desktop Base Operating Systems Management Pack for Microsoft Operations Manager 2005" management pack.  We are working on getting this MP back onto our catalog site.  If you need it now, you can get it HERE.

The ISA Server MP download page had incorrectly listed "2.0" as the version of the management pack as opposed to "05.0.5720.0001".  I had the page updated today to reflect the actual version of the MP included in the .msi package.  While I was at it, I had the MOMNotifier.xml updated as well for those of you who are using the MP Notifier management pack.  The update to the download page was cosmetic only, no changes were made to the management pack.

There seems to be some confusion lately around the MOM Management Pack Catalog entry when you query for "SQL".  You'll see that the results returned contain an entry for "International versions of SQL Server 2000, 2005".  This is where you can download the English as well as localized versions of the SQL management pack.

I had the text updated to "US and International versions of SQL Server 2000, 2005" to avoid confusion.  Thanks to Brian Hunneycutt and Renee Geffre (MOM CPR) who sent me this idea.
