I think Outlook is the Office product offering the most great features that people don’t use (including me). Like the brain, we use far less than the total capacity of what Outlook can do. But here’s where we can help. Meet Laurie Johnson, who spends most of her time managing the calendars and e-mail inboxes of trauma doctors at a major medical center in Seattle.
