I am running Vista I try loading ipad three ways and it only comes up in Standard Mode.

Intellipad (Samples Enabled)

ipad.exe /c:ipad-vs-samples.xaml

ipad.exe /c: ipad-vs-samples.xaml

Same as Doug I use the CTP on XP machine and I can use intellipad only in standard mode , it's not possible to change the mode as you explain in your post.

It's not possible to change the mode to 'grammar mode'like you explain in your post.The drop down to the right of intellipad to change the mode is not available.

The shortcut Ctrl+Shift+G works to change the mode.

This may be the soultion. I rebuilt my machine and have not installed VS 2008 so could not verify it.

I think you need to make it clear that you have to open the input file first, switch that file to MGrammar Mode (which was completely unintuitive to me), and then select Tree Preview, and then open the grammar file. I naturally assumed it was the other way around (open grammar in MGrammar Mode, Tree Preview, open input file), and the instructions we not explicit one way or the other. I only stumbled on the correct sequence by trial and error.
