We ship Windows Mobile devices across the world localized into many different languages.  As an application developer you may be wondering how your application is going to run on a Chinese Smartphone or a Germany Pocket PC.  Well if you are you can download localized emulator images that integrate to eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0 and Visual Studio .NET 2003.  There are many MANY different languages supporte.  You might want to think about testing against a representative sample of languages and territories.  For example if you tested against Englsih, German and Japanese you would get a good feel for how your application ran on a character based device and in a non-English European language.
