this page can' be viewed with my windows mobile 2003se device. I think it should, cause it's about mobile development.

After I've seen the presentation for the first time I came back yesterday to download it, and now I can't see it anymore. The page never completes.... am I the only one?

Question rather then comment. A friend has bought the HTC P3600 in Italy and wants the OS language to be reset to English. He asked me to find out if this is possible and I have drawn a blank from HTC online help and looking at sites. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place - could you please advise.
