Vodafone have just added details of an upcoming device to their Business site.   There are very few details except the device has a 3.5" touch screen along with GPS. It also says it has been designed for line of business applications.  Not sure what is meant by that... it doesn't look very rugged but I guess it is referring to the the large touchscreen.

This addition does seem to be a growing trend as over the past year devices have got smaller and smaller and now we are seeing a return to 3.5" and larger devices mainly driven by application use.
