TimeZone zoning out?

I've had a couple of reposonses to my previous MS TimeZone post stating that the icon appears in the system tray but thr balloon showing information does not display. Curious?!!  I'm running Windows XP SP2 and have the .NET Framework 1.1 - I believe these are the only pre-reqs. Other posters have used it successfully. I'll send mail to the author and get back to you.

The times are handy, if they had a quick reference to Pacific Time etc it would be handy.
Many Webcasts give a time and a zone, not a city.
Like yourself I travel heaps and its annoying to have to sit down and think when will 9am Pacific Time be (and where will I be !!)
