You can't LOBi until O14
LOBi has been moved to Office 14 wave, however you can still build super cool applications with BDC in Office 2007. Also, if you were planning to invest big in IBF, don't, Microsfot is suggesting customers not to invest in IBF since it will be replaced with LOBi in O14.
