Thank You, Ottawa!

In about 30 minutes, I'll be on my way back to Calgary. For the past three days, I've been in Ottawa for the Launch Tour.

I had a really good time in Ottawa. On the first night, I got to meet all of the great folks in the local community - folks like our fabulous MVPs and user group members. These individuals help make our products great (i.e. CTPs) and it's always fun to thank them in person. The following day was our Launch event, where we showed attendees the latest & greatest bits for building their next big thing - showing new stuff is always fun. You can almost see the imagination thought-bubbles appearing in the crowd as you explain to them what they can now do with our software. Afterward, Richard, Pete, and I headed out for dinner at La Dolce Vita for some pizza. (Cheers, guys!)

Thanks, Ottawa. We had a blast showing you all the new stuff in SQL Server 2005, Visual Studio 2005, and BizTalk Server 2006. We hope you had a good time too.
