Introduction to WPF
There is a new paper posted on MSDN that's a great introduction to
Windows Presentation Foundation. As the article points out, high-end graphics like those found in games is not in scope for the first release of WPF. However there is a lot in WPF that will make your Windows application that much richer and visually appealing.
