Launch Ask the Experts
The launch of VSTS is just around the corner. One of the things I think is often overlooked with these types of events is the other attendees. That is to say that beyond the great content you will see presented, you will have an opportunity to meet and speak with experts, people who've focused a ton of time on .Net and .Net technologies. Sure you can drill down into specific details with an RD or an MVP or someone who happens to be sitting beside you, but you also get the opportunity to speak to others about the problems they face and how they've gone about solving these problems.
In addition Microsoft is sending people from the product teams out to the events. For example Ontario native Richard Lander a PM on the CLR team will be in Toronto and you can go and ask that really hard question you've always wanted to ask, or perhaps just ask him how he got where he did. The opportunity is there to make lasting connections with experts and piers alike.
