Sam's Credo
Sam Guckenheimer, group product planner for Team System, has come out of his blogging hibernation to share his basic tenets on shipping software. Many of these resonate with me so I think they're worth reading a few times. We try to follow these internally (some more effectively than others) and one of my favorite pieces of advise is "work iteratively".
