We recently received the following question from someone on our team:
I have a customer who would like to clarify what exactly he’ll need to purchase in order to enable source control/bug tracking/testing scenarios within Visual Studio/Team Foundation Server. ... Ideally I’d be able to point him to a whitepaper or website that describes these scenarios and exactly what needs to be purchased so he can use those materials to justify spending the money.
