Sharing Team System specs

One of the things that we quietly rolled out yesterday along with the release of Microsoft® Visual Studio® Team System code name “Rosario” November 2007 CTP is the program to share selected Team System specifications and get your feedback on them.  We have created a new forum specifically designated to promote discussion of these specs within the community. There's also an RSS feed so you don't have to go poll for new updates.

The first few specs are already posted on the site including Add to Source Control, History Improvements, and Improved Label Dialog.  I've spoken to a number of our teams who are expecting to post specs in the coming weeks and months.  Since this is an entirely voluntary program, don't expect to see all specs or even all teams post their specs here.   However, I think this process can be a contagious and if the community response is good and the feedback valuable, I suspect  more teams will be motivated to share.

So, go take a look and let us know what you think. Many thanks to Matt Mitrik, TFS Version Control Program Manager, who has done a great job spearheading this effort.  You can read more about it on the TFPM blog

Thanks!
