Channel 9 is live

I am not sure how many of you have had a chance to go and check out Channel9 but it is a pretty cool look at things that are happening at Microsoft:

There are some great videos and wiki's that are now rolling.  I am curious about how this can help developers in their everyday jobs???

I think Ch9 serves other purpose(s) than helping in "everyday jobs". There's better channels for that. I think Ch9 allows for people who do not have their own blogs to still open new threads of discussion instead of making offtopic comments in someones personal blog.

Imagine if it wrote something totally offtopic like this here, not that would not be nice wouldn't it:
If you want to help people in everyday jobs, code a search engine that crawls every coding related site and allows for partial matching, fuzzy matching and allows to search every character like Blah::dah ("basic" search engine would ignore the :: most likely)
