The final fix for this issue in Exchange 2000 (836738)  was released several weeks ago, but a problem was discovered unrelated to this change that required the fix to be pulled internally. We are currently working on release a new version that will be available in the next week or two.

For Exchange 2003, these changes will be first introduced in Exchange 2003 Service Pack 2.
