Web Page Localization

I've been asked about ideas for localizing aspx web applications. I don't have a lot of experience in this myself, the only web application I've localized so far is UDDI in Windows Server 2003 and that was fairly straight forward.

Still, if you're planning on having your web site localized, you might want to take a look at this: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnaspp/html/entloctoolkit.asp. I don't think the article answers all questions, but it can at least serve as a starting point.
