About A CRM Riff
I'm a corporation kinda guy. After 20 years in the U.S. Army I came to Microsoft to start a new career. That was in 1992, and I've been here ever since. And no, I'm not a millionaire... yet. The way I figure it, by time I become a millionaire that will be the average pay for a year of work.
Recently I moved from the Visual Studio team to the Customer Relationship Management team. For seven years I was the documentation manager of the Visual Studio SDK team. I am now the CRM site manager and community guru owning the web and community experience for the Microsoft Dynamic CRM customers.
I'm a Web loving guy who spends a lot of my free time administrating the new Woodwind Forums site when I'm not playing the saxophone. Oh and collecting musical instruments (see not millionaire statement above), I have over thirty-five vintage instruments, some of which I can play somewhat decently and most of which needed repairs of some sort.
