HOT! Ben Riga talks about the Convergence Live crm demo
From Ben's Blog: One of the coolest things I saw at Convergence this year was a demo of Dynamics Live CRM. We've been talking about this since last summer but this was the first time we demonstrated it publicly.
Brad Wilson the GM for the group showed how Live CRM will look out on the cloud running in Microsoft data centers. More importantly for developers and ISVs he showed how simple it'll be to deploy customizations to a Live CRM installation.
Brad Wilson (GM, CRM) and Bill Paterson (Group Product Manager, CRM) agreed to sit down with me to chat about this and show the demo for Channel 9. Thanks to Charles Torre from the Channel 9 team for all his help with interviewing and videoing.

As the Microsoft Dynamics CRM UX site manager, I am a passionate advocate for our customers, especially in the areas of CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, small business, and business web sites.
After twenty years in the U.S. Army Engineer Corps, I started at Microsoft as a contractor on the newly formed NT DDK team in 92. I then moved to the Trolls, a production team for the Windows SDK and DDK teams. I lead the WBEM team which became the WMI SDK team. My last seven years has been spent as the Visual Studio SDK doc. manager.
In my spare time I can be found tutoring my grandkids, playing the saxophone (soprano, alto, tenor, and baritone), playing summer-league basketball, and moderating the Sax On The Web forum.
