&lt;p&gt;Error 1904. Module C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\TFS 2008 - Quality Center Connector\OTACLI~1.DLL failed to register.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Otherwise looks good.&lt;/p&gt;
