&lt;p&gt;I used this method successfully after attempting to use the cmd line prog 1st. &amp;nbsp;I was getting the dreaded &amp;quot;This solution contains resources scoped for a Web application and must be deployed to one or more Web applications&amp;quot; then.&lt;/p&gt;
