VS2005 ships!

As you've probably already heard by now, VS2005 has shipped!  I've been using VS2005 for a while now (afterall, MDbg only runs on CLR 2.0). Since I've been so involved in V2.0, I had forgotten how many people are still on V1.1 and V1.0. (update: fixed grammar error)

The debugger has a lot of great new features in 2005. The posterchild new feature is Edit-and-Continue, but there's a lot of other things.

This is all very exciting and I'm looking forward to people getting on to Whidbey. You're going to love it.

>I had forgotten how many people are still on It hit me recently that many people are still on V1.1 and V1.0.

If you had genuinely forgotten that, there is clearly something wrong with you.

I've installed vs2005 and don't know where to find mdbg. Also, I want to know if it is redistributable.

I have an Mdbg link at the right side of my blog's webpage with more info.
The download is at:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=38449a42-6b7a-4e28-80ce-c55645ab1310&displaylang=en
The EULA answers questions about the redistributing.

The mdbg eula says we can't redistribute it. Bummer.
