Found a nice little tool on CodePlex that I will be looking at further as this project continues;

It's a nice little app that allows you to see all of the users on each of your Team Projects and alter there permissions for Sharepoint, Reporting Services and TFS as a whole. If you do something it isn't expecting it will crash out though as the changes you make aren't live it is more an irritation than the end of the world. It is however community driven so if you do come across any issues you can get the help out by fixing said issue, something I will be looking into myself and I would encourage others to do so as well.
