Thanks Gretchen for pointing to this interesting post. I envy Adam for being so lucky in having the opportunity to experience and write about the internal life of such a great company like Microsoft. I learned something new in Adam‘s “what‘s shocking” section. Now I realize where Microsoft’s famed agility is coming from.
