New Cable Guy article for August 2007 published

The August 2007 TechNet Cable Guy article in TechNet magazine, "IPv6 Autoconfiguration in Windows Vista," describes the autoconfiguration behavior for IPv6 in Windows Vista, for both stateless (with no DHCPv6 servers) and stateful addresses (with DHCPv6 servers) and for both LAN and ISATAP tunneling interfaces.
