Easier .NET Production Debugging

I've spent the last 7 years of my life living inside the Microsoft debuggers, and I can tell you that there is a long learning curve for someone to learn how to use these tools.  I was recently turned on to a really cool "power toy" that our Developer divsion released that allows you to debug your production .NET code a lot easier.  If you develop .NET application that you distribute to other you need to check out the Managed Stack Explorer.
