In regards to the Read Me notes:

NOTE: The AdventureWorks database has changed since the examples were created. The QuickStart packages are being redeveloped and tested, and revisions will be uploaded to the website soon. Specifically, the customer tables have changed, and this has affected the Shipment fact table package. These packages are missing from the current project.
