&lt;p&gt;The one thing about creating these maps is that they are time-consuming and hard to automate.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm using Expressions Web to create the HTML though, and it's quite nice. My appreication of this app is growing.&lt;/p&gt;
