The BBC has news of an interesting report: Websites 'failing' disabled users The key finding was that the group worst affected are those with visual impairments, and the article refers to the recent announcement that the British magazine New Statesman

Upcoming webcast on using Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) with Microsoft Speech Server 2004

This should be a very interesting webcast. There isn't currently any detailed coverage of CTI support in the Speech Application SDK documentation so to have some samples which show how it's done will be extremely valuable to anyone wanting to integrate
