Blog of "The" Office Developer

Developer for Microsoft Office System at risk once again

I missed some days writing because I was in a collision with a car last week. I was on my Trek 5200 wearing my best gear when it went down (bike and all were destroyed). I recall nothing of the accident, but there were loads of witnesses, apparently. From what I was told, my head went through the car window (that explains my stitches and so forth), and my body and bike smashed in the car. That explains the trip to the trauma center in Seattle. I'm all banged up, but no broken bones like back in April. That's the only positive part, I think.

Big thanks to the doctors at Harborview. Also, Jackie and Anne are the best nurses in the world.

Don't give up reading my blog, as I am back on the case. I hope to work a little here and there.

 Rock Thought for the day:

I heard the band, Breaking Benjamin. Good stuff. Check 'em out.

Rock on.

Thanks for the well-wishing! I cannot tell you how satisfying it to know that people I have not met actually care about things like this. Adam, it was the accident on Avondale on Wednesday. Were you there? It was a gruesome scene. I'm glad to be alive. From what I understand, traffic became backed up to forever. It even made the news.

John.

No, but somebody from the internal bicycling public folder was and was curious if it was a MSFTer.
