Great post as usual, however I find myself immediately scrolling to the bottom of your posts looking for the Rock Thought of the Day before reading the rest of the content. Saddened that there was no RTOTD in this post.

Interesting use of Enterprise Library Cryptography block here as well, thanks for showing how to use it!
