In few months we will have an important conference for all our customers, partners and Microsoft employees about Microsoft Dynamics based in the EMEA-region. This will be a great chance for you to be the first to know about the next version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and to discover the new release codename Titan. I just reviewed the list of planned sessions and there are tons of sessions giving you an idea of how to use technology to streamline your business processes or improve customer relations.
