&lt;P&gt;Here is just one tipp, if you are try to implement the SAP Sales Order example from the &lt;A href="http://www.gotdotnet.com/codegallery/codegallery.aspx?id=b6499eb0-0eae-4597-b38e-ee9cbc71a404" mce_href="http://www.gotdotnet.com/codegallery/codegallery.aspx?id=b6499eb0-0eae-4597-b38e-ee9cbc71a404"&gt;Microsoft CRM Sandbox Web Site&lt;/A&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you create the mapping between SAP Purchase Order and the Microsoft CRM Sales Order for all look up types in Microsoft CRM you have to define the type of the entity by entering the name of the CRM entity. So in this case do the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Expand the ‘+’ of “customid”&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select “type”&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Go to properties dialog box (for type). Expand ‘General’ and then fill-in ‘Value’ field with value “Account” or “Contact”&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Else&amp;nbsp;you would&amp;nbsp;receive a soap error from Microsoft CRM. Hope that helps!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
