Installation of Visual Studio 2008 Fails while installing Web Authoring Component

This issue is seen when any Beta Version of Office Product is available, and removing that helps resolving the issue

If you find any component such as "Compatibility Pack for the 2007 Office System" Beta in Add/Remove programs remove it, then try installing Visual Studio 2008 it should install successfully
