Marathon Training - Week 7 Update
So the scores for last week's Marathon Training were:

My calorie burn this week equals the number of calories found in 37.69 Starbucks Grande Skinny Mochas without Whipped Cream (UK version - I found out that asking for a Skinny Mocha in a US Starbucks will get you something containing sugar-free syrup!!). A few more miles this week owing to missing my long Sunday running and having to do a 13 miler before catching a flight to Seattle on Saturday morning instead. It was really worthwhile as I got to see an amazing sunrise at about 7am.
