Excel Server finally goes public!!!

I can now reveal what project I am working on here in Office. Excel Server finally went public yesterday at PDC and from what I understand got applause from thousands of people in the audience. It's an awesome product. I'm excited to see the response

Moving the WiX toolset to NAnt builds

As many of you may know, we've had two different builds for the WiX toolset : one for the external world (i.e. SourceForge), and the other for the developers working on WiX inside of Microsoft. These two builds were different enough to mess things up
