VB @ The Movies Has Gone Live

Check out VB @ The Movies - We've got 101 short videos of how to do everything from creating a checked list box, include data in your form, build a web app, or customize the IDE.  While a lot of this content is targetted at the beginning developer, we've definitely got some material in there that will be cool for the advanced dev as well.

If you watch five of the movies and rate them, you can get a free copy of Visual Basic Standard Edition.  If you've been wanting to kick the tires on .NET, this is a great way to get going with some training and some code.

I've been doing a lot of travelling for the World Tour and a lot of people have told me that they're looking for ways to get up to speed on .NET pretty quickly.  I think the videos are a great way of doing it, but let me know what you think.  What type of content would you prefer to see?

Nice video's... short and to the point.

I've been using VB.Net for a while now, but still got a couple tips on things I wasn't doing quite right (or as well as I could be).

The format of these kind of remind me of a "Tech BS" session with a friend... "Hey, check this thing out... Do this, this and this and look what happens"...
(BS = Binary Summation :)

From my seat I would like to see these kinds of video's for new stuff, right as they come out (or are in beta). VS/VB2005, SQL Server 2005, etc etc.

With new stuff, the video's become are even more helpful. (They seem to be target toward people where VB.Net IS new... which I can understand).

Still... Good stuff.
