MSCRM Online "Walk Throughs"
On microsoft.com there are some new “hands-on-labs” that a customer or partner can use to walk through the CRM modules. Apparently they are “step-by-step” and have some great info.
The only caveat is right now these are limited to 100 concurrent users, so if they are full when you try to access the lab you are asked to register and then you are sent a later time to take the labs.
