The first developer in the first video is Michael Station. He has a blog at http://blogs.msdn.com/mvstanton. He is the dev lead on CLR quick response team(QRT). Basically whenever CLR's partner has a problem, they are the first team to investigate.
The second developer is Weiwen Liu. He is responsible for CLR hosting.
Kit George and Rico Mariani are on the second video. As expected, Rico spent a lot time defending managed code's performance:)
I work with those folks every day. But I am not part of CLR team.
