Performance and Scalability in .NET revisited

I just finished a few days of shows for the quarterly ISV community days.  Everything went very well, but I did seem to get the same question quite a bit: What is the best way to scale and tune .NET based applications?

I know this document has been out there for a little while, but its important enough to post again:

This document is like the bible for System Architects in the .NET world.  I actually keep it on my desktop and would gladly have transferred it to a USB fob last week if someone had one.... :(
