I'm back.....

So its been quite a while since I've posted.  This won't be long either.  I'm almost back to health, I actually caught pneumonia back in March and it refused to go away until I got an inhaler.  I had to actually twist my doctor's arm to give me an inhaler, but I'd been on antibiotics so long that my wife was complaining I smelled like an old man, LOL.  I've never been so laid up in my life. 

Needless to say I've recovered and have even started to train for my first triathlon.  I figured with all the swimming I'm doing to rehabilitate my shoulder, I might as well try competing.  I figure I'll probably be last out of the water, (the doggy paddle is probably my best stroke until I get a few more lessons in), but I can catch up on the ride and run, at least with the over 70 crowd. :P
